Investment policy:

Policy of the investment plan is balanced because the assets of the plan will be invested in financial instruments with fixed income as well as equity securities. The share of the plan that will be invested in fixed income securities provides a stable increase of of the value of the investment plan. Conversely, the share that will be invested in equities (stocks), enables more rapid appreciation of the investment plan.
