The proportion of Equity Securities may reach 50% of the Investment Plan's total assets, but the Investment Plan's target proportion for investments in Equity Securities is 47% and in debt securities 53% of the Investment Plan's total assets. Investments are made in debt securities of various issuers and in investment funds investing in debt securities, as well as in stocks and investment funds investing in stocks. Investments are made in alternative investment funds which invest in real estate, private equity and venture capital. The Asset Manager may employ derivative financial instruments for risk mitigation purposes, as well as borrowings for ensuring short-term liquidity. No specific targets for particular industries or geographical regions are set for Investment Plan in order to ensure maximum diversification of investments and the potentially best risk-return profile. Investments are mainly made in euros, however, investments in foreign currencies can reach up to 50% of the Investment Plan's total assets.
Up to 0,46 % per year. Fixed management fee: 0.41 % year, perfomance fee: up to 0.05% year. In addition, other trading and investment plan management expenses of up to 0.05% per year are deducted from the Investment Plan assets.
