New names for investment plans managed by “Swedbank Investment Management Company” AS

To facilitate clear communication with pension scheme members, “Swedbank Investment Management Company” AS will change the names of the investment plans it manages from 1 April 2026.

In addition, the following changes have been made to the investment plan prospectuses:

  • In section 2.4 of the prospectuses, the structure of the applicable compensation has been changed – the fee payable to the Custodian Bank has been reduced to 0.05% for several investment plans. For the relevant plans, the ongoing fee payable to the fund manager has also been increased slightly. Overview of current remuneration rates for investment plans:

The maximum total annual remuneration for participants is not increased and remains at the current level.

 

  • In section 2.3.1 of the prospectuses for Swedbank Life Cycle Plans 1970+, 1980+ and 1990+, the target allocation for investments in shares and equity securities via investment funds has been clarified.

 

  • In section 2.3.4 of the prospectuses, the descriptions of the geographical investment regions regarding the target allocation of the investment plan across the four largest sectors have been clarified. It is clarified that, over time, deviations from the sectoral allocation specified in the Prospectus may arise in the Investment Plan.

 

  • In section 2.4 of the prospectuses, the expenses included under ‘Remuneration to third parties and other payments’ have been clarified — namely, the fund manager’s expenses covered by the investment plan’s assets and related to the execution of transactions now also include costs associated with depositary receipts (American Depositary Receipts, Global Depositary Receipts) held by the Investment Plan.

 

Similar changes have been made to the key information documents intended for participants.

The new plan names, remuneration rates, as well as other amendments to the prospectuses will come into effect and be published on 1 April 2026.
