Name of state funded pension scheme investment plan “Aktīvais ieguldījumu plāns Integrum” changed to “Signet Aktīvais Plāns”
Signet Pensiju Pārvalde IPAS (previous name – Integrum Asset Management IPAS, hereinafter – the Managing Company) informs that on 21 November 2023 became effective the amendments to the prospectus and key information document for participants of state funded pension scheme (2nd pension pillar) investment plan “Aktīvais ieguldījumu plāns Integrum” (hereinafter – investment plan) managed with the Managing Company.
The introduced amendments in the normative documents of the investment plan refer to the changes in the information on the name of the Managing Company and information on the Management Board of the Managing Company, changes in the information on the Auditor of the investment plan and information on the Asset Manager of the investment plan, as well as links to the Managing Company’s website are changed and other editorial corrections are made.
According to the amendments, the new name of the investment plan is Signet Aktīvais Plāns.
Change of the name of the investment plan will not affect the actual participants of the investment plan because its investment policy and investment restrictions as well as remuneration fees remained unchanged.
The name of the Managing Company and the name of the investment plan were changed so that the new name reflected the ownership of the new owner – Signet Bank AS.
The name of the Managing Company has been changed to Signet Pensiju Pārvalde IPAS since October 10, 2023.
