On completion of the merger of state funded pension scheme investment plan SEB IP Safari into SEB Active Plan

SEB Wealth Management hereby informs that the merger of the state funded pension plan scheme investment plan SEB IP Safari into the investment plan SEB Active Plan was completed on 23 December 2014.

As a result of the merger all assets and liabilities of the SEB IP Safari plan have been transferred to SEB Active Plan, the participants of SEB IP Safari have become participants of SEB Active Plan. SEB IP Safari has ceased to exist.
