Information on completion of the merger of the investment plan of the state funded pension scheme “Citadele Pension Plan Blues” with the investment plan of the state funded pension scheme “Citadele Universal Pension Plan”

IPAS Citadele Asset Management informs that the merger of the investment plan of the state funded pension fund of IPAS Citadele Asset Management “Citadele Pension Plan Blues” (hereinafter – the Plan to be merged) with the investment plan of the state funded pension scheme “Citadele Universal Pension Plan” (hereinafter – the Acquiring Plan) has been completed on 06.11.2014.

All assets and liabilities of the Plan to be merged are transferred to the Acquiring investment plan as a result of the merger. Participants of the investment Plan to be merged have become as the participants of the Acquiring investment plan. The investment Plan to be merged “Citadele Pension Fund Blues” has terminated its existence.
