Statement regarding the name change of the 2nd pillar pension plan Jūrmala to SEB konservatīvais plāns
In order to emphasise the belonging of the 2nd pillar pension plan Jūrmala to the plans managed by SEB Wealth Management and to underscore the conservative investment policy of the plan, the name of the plan shall be changed from 6 May, 2014. In future the plan Jūrmala shall be called SEB Konservatīvais plāns.
The change of name of the plan shall not affect the future management of the assets of the 2nd pillar pension, since the strategy of the investment plan shall remain unchanged. The customers are not required to take any action. They do not have to apply for the pension plan again as well.
The change of the pension plan name has been made in accordance with State Social Insurance Agency and investment management company SEB Wealth Management agreement. The change of the pension plan name has been approved by the Financial and Capital Market Commission of Latvia, and the amendments of prospectus have been registered as well.
