Investment policy:
The goal of the pension plan is to ensure long-term growth of supplementary pension capital by investing up to 100% of the plan’s assets in equity index funds.
The plan invests in equity funds that, in turn, invest in companies with high environmental, social, and governance (ESG) ratings, selecting companies primarily based on their ESG scores with the goal of investing in the top 25% of issuers by capitalization within each Global Industry Classification Standard (GICS)® sector (a ‘best-in-class’ approach).
