Investment policy:

Management is carried out using a life cycle investment strategy, which provides for a reduction in the level of risk in accordance with the age of the target participants. Currently, the target proportion of investments in equity securities is 100% of the total assets of the Investment Plan. Investments are made in shares and investment funds that invest in shares, as well as in alternative investment funds. Investments are mainly made in euros.
The Asset Manager may use derivative financial instruments to reduce risk, as well as loans to ensure short-term liquidity.
In order to ensure maximum investment diversification and the best possible risk/return ratio, the Investment Plan does not set specific targets for particular sectors or geographical regions.

Management costs:

Up to 0,373% per year. Fixed management fee: 0,215% year, perfomance fee: up to 0.05% year. In addition, other trading and investment plan management expenses of up to 0.05% per year are deducted from the Investment Plan assets.
