The assets of the Investment Plan will be managed with a view to attaining an increase in the capital over a longer time period by investing up to 100% of the assets in the stock markets of Global Developed Economies and by executing a passive investment management strategy. A passive investment management strategy means that regardless of the financial market situation, the proportion of investments in equity securities is maintained close to 100% of the plan’s assets.

The plan is also suitable for participants who have appetite for higher investment risk level.

Up to 0.30% per year consisting of a fixed management fee of 0.30% per year.
