Investment policy:

The proportion of Equity Securities may reach 20% of the Investment Plan's total assets, but the Investment Plan's target proportion for investments in Equity Securities is 7% and in debt securities 93% of the Investment Plan's total assets. Investments are made in debt securities of various issuers and in equity and bond investment funds.
In order to ensure maximum diversification of investments and the potentially best risk-return profile, the Investment Plan does not set specific targets for particular industries or geographical regions.

Management costs:

Up to 0.39% per year. Fixed management fee: 0.39% year. Perfomance fee: to 0% year. In addition, other trading and investment plan management expenses of up to 0.05% per year are deducted from the Investment Plan assets.
